Are your products authentic and genuine?
Absolutely! We put great effort into establishing strong relationships directly with the brands that we stock - this ensures that you purchase only 100% authentic products, but also have access to the newest stock and bestsellers.We are official stockists of Morphe, exclusive WA distributors of Mermaid Salon and exclusive Australian distributors of Give Me Glow.

 

Do I have to register to purchase? 
Registration is totally optional. If you're in a hurry or don't want to register, you can check out as a guest. However, if you're one of our regulars... registering an account will save you time each time you return :)

 

Where do you sell to?
We currently sell to Australian and NZ customers.

When will an out of stock product be back?
Any product marked as out of stock will be back in as soon as the item is available from the supplier. You are able to submit your email address on the product page to be notified when an item is back in stock :)

What currency are your prices in?
Our prices are shown in Australian Dollars (AUD).

 


What payment methods do you accept? 
We accept the following payment methods:
  • Secure Credit Card Payment Online (Visa/Mastercard)
  • PayPal (including Visa/Mastercard/Amex)
  • Afterpay (for purchases over $50) 

 

Do you charge GST?
We are legally bound by Australian regulations. GST is automatically included in the price you see at checkout.

 

SHIPPING

Do you charge shipping?
Yes. We ship Australia wide for a flat fee of:
  • $10 for Standard post (2-6 days)
  • $15 for Express post (1-3 days)
We ship via Australia Post as a standard. Shipping may take longer during sale periods, holidays and bad weather.

 

How long do I have to wait for my order?
Generally items are processed & sent out within one business day (2 days in peak periods) Depending on location postage takes anywhere from 2-7 business days. Orders placed before 3pm WST are sent the same day.

 

I've entered the wrong address in my order! What do I do?
If you have entered the wrong address please contact us immediately, as once parcels are dispatched they are out of our control. Return to sender incurs a $20 Fee. 

 

Do you ship to PO Boxes?
Yes!

 

What do I do if my order doesn't arrive on time?
You can track the progress of your order using the Article ID on the Australia Post website. Contact us straight away either by Facebook Message or email: hello@luxelook.com.au
